Book a call

Trust, by construction.

How Wyra handles control, data, and audit. The short version: it acts on your approval, your data stays inside your boundary, and every decision can answer for itself.

Wyra acts only on your approval, keeps your data inside your boundary, and writes a record it cannot quietly edit, so every decision can answer for itself, to you and to your auditors.

Six commitments, kept by design.

None of these depend on good behaviour. Each one is enforced by how the platform is built.

Human-gated action
Nothing executes without a person saying yes. The platform proposes; you decide. Even small changes pass through approval.
A separate deployment for every customer
Separate storage, separate compute. There is no shared surface for data to leak across.
Your rules stay yours
Your data and your business logic never leave your deployment. Only sector-generic patterns improve the platform.
Exact where it matters
Arithmetic, limits and thresholds are computed, never guessed. Statistical signals carry their confidence.
Honest about uncertainty
When evidence is thin, the engine says unsure and asks, instead of producing a confident wrong answer.
Everything on the record
Every decision keeps its inputs, its rule, its approver and its effect, in a trail that cannot be quietly edited.

Control & approvals

The engine recommends; a person decides. Every write into your systems, from a purchase order to a rate-card change, is proposed with its reasons and executed only after approval by someone you have authorised for that call.

Approvals are scoped the way your organisation already works: by role, by department, by amount. Above a limit, the call escalates with its case attached. And because every write is designed to be traced and walked back, an approval is never a one-way door.

Data protection

Personal and patient data is identified at the schema level, before any processing, and locked away in a separate vault. What the platform works with are protected views: the shape of the data without the identities in it.

Protection is layered, and no single layer is trusted alone: detection at the source, structural removal of identifiers, redaction before any model is called, and access that is denied by default unless a rule explicitly grants it.

What the AI sees

Models never see real identities. They read governed, de-identified views, never raw records. Exact numbers, limits and thresholds are computed by the engine, not generated by a model. Where evidence is weak, the engine reports that it is unsure rather than guessing. And the process is deterministic: the same inputs, checked against the same rules, produce the same decision, every time.

Isolation & residency

Every customer runs as a separate deployment with its own storage and compute. Your deployment runs in your region. When Wyra plugs into infrastructure you already own, we never hold the data store at all; the platform reads from it inside your boundary.

Audit & records

Every decision produces a record: what was read, which rule fired, how the jury split, who approved, and what changed in which system. The record is tamper-evident; it cannot be quietly edited after the fact, by anyone, including us.

Your auditors read it directly. "The AI decided" is never the answer to who is responsible; the record always names the rule and the person. Because decisions are deterministic, any call can be replayed later and it reconstructs identically: same evidence, same reasoning, same conclusion.

What leaves, what stays

Your data, your rules, your thresholds and your decision history stay inside your deployment, always. What improves across customers is the platform itself: sector-generic shape, never your specifics. When you leave, your encoded rules and your records are yours to take.

Certifications & review

We do not yet claim formal certifications, and we will not put a badge on this page before it is earned. What we offer instead is the whole architecture, in writing, under NDA: encryption, access control, isolation and audit, at whatever depth your security team wants to go.

To start that review, or to report a concern: hello@wyralabs.ai.
