These terms are an agreement between you and WYRA AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Wyra", "we", "us"), a company registered in India. They cover your use of Wyra's products, including the NexuS platform, the ExecVu app, our other apps and APIs, and our website (the "Services"). By signing in to or using the Services, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

If your organization has a separate written agreement with Wyra, that agreement governs your organization's use of the Services and takes priority where it conflicts with these terms.

1. Your account

  • Wyra or your organization creates your account. You can't create one yourself.
  • You must be 18 or older and authorized by your organization to use the Services.
  • Keep your sign-in details private and don't share your account. If you think someone else has used it, email support@wyralabs.ai.
  • Your organization or Wyra may change or end your access, for example when your role changes.

2. AI output and actions

The Services use AI to analyze your organization's data, answer questions and suggest decisions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, even when it shows figures and sources. Check important figures before you rely on them. The Services don't give legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.

Some Services can propose actions in your organization's systems. Nothing is carried out until an authorized person approves it, and you are responsible for the actions you approve and the decisions you make with the Services.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access data you aren't authorized to see, or try to get around permissions, usage limits or security;
  • use the Services to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • disrupt the Services or upload malicious code;
  • copy, reverse engineer or resell the Services, or use them to build a competing product, except where the law allows;
  • share information through the Services that you aren't allowed to share.

4. Data and ownership

Your organization owns its data. You give Wyra permission to process your content and your organization's data only to provide, secure and support the Services, as our Privacy Policy describes. We don't use them for advertising or to train AI models.

Wyra owns the Services, including the software, design and brand. While your account is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Services for your organization's business.

If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

5. Availability and changes to the Services

We work to keep the Services running, but we don't promise they will always be available or error-free. Some features depend on your organization's systems and on our service providers. We may add, change or remove features.

6. Suspension and ending access

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your organization's access ends, or if we need to protect the Services or comply with the law. Sections 4, 7, 8 and 10 continue to apply after your access ends.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wyra isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. App stores

If you downloaded a Wyra app, such as ExecVu, from Apple's App Store:

  • These terms are between you and Wyra, not Apple. Wyra, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
  • Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to use the app.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. For support, email support@wyralabs.ai.
  • Apple isn't responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded a Wyra app from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

10. Governing law

Indian law governs these terms. The courts of Andhra Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn't remove any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the product or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
