WYRA AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Wyra", "we", "us") builds AI software for businesses, including the NexuS platform, the ExecVu app, and our other apps and APIs (our "products"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through our products and our website, wyralabs.ai, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have.
1. Our role
Our products are used by organizations that are our customers. When we process data an organization puts into our products, such as its business records, we do so on its behalf and under our agreement with it. That organization decides how its data is used, and its own privacy notice also applies. Wyra is responsible for account, technical and website data.
2. Accounts
You can't create an account yourself. Wyra or your organization's administrator sets up your account, and you sign in with the details they give you. Our products are for business users aged 18 or over.

4. The ExecVu app
ExecVu uses your microphone only after you start a voice session and allow access. It stops listening when you tap End or leave the app. The app doesn't use your camera, contacts, photos or location. It keeps sign-in tokens in your device's secure storage and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking software.
5. How we use AI
Our products use AI models to understand questions, analyze your organization's data and write answers. These models run on Wyra's infrastructure or on enterprise AI services that process data only for us, under contract. Those services can't use your data to train their models or for any purpose of their own. We don't use your data to train AI models.
6. How we share data
We share personal data with your organization's administrators, to manage your account and access. We also share it when the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our users, Wyra or others.
We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising. Our website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
7. Where we process data
Our main servers are in India. Some service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. If your organization's agreement requires its data to stay in a particular region or on its own infrastructure, we follow that agreement.
8. How long we keep data

When you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. If that applies, we'll tell you. Copies in backups are removed as the backups expire.
9. Your choices and rights
- Microphone access: turn it off in your device's Settings.
- Access, correct or delete your data, close your account, or withdraw consent: email support@wyralabs.ai from your work email with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 30 days.
Signing out or deleting an app doesn't delete your data from our servers. If your organization controls the data, we'll pass your request to it or work with it to complete the request.
10. Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, separate each organization's data, and limit staff access to personal data. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Children
Our products aren't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect children's data. If you think a child has used them, contact us and we'll delete their data.
12. Changes to this policy
We'll post changes on this page and update the effective date. For significant changes, we'll tell you in the product or by email before they take effect.
