Your organization's administrator or Wyra creates accounts; there's no sign-up in the app. Use the sign-in details your administrator gave you. If they don't work, ask your administrator first, then email us.
Reporting a problem.
Tell us your device model, iOS or Android version, and what happened. Don't send passwords or confidential business data.
Privacy requests and account deletion.
Email us from your work email with the subject "Privacy request". We'll confirm your identity and complete your request within 30 days.
